Returns one of the Agent's skills with its instructions (the SKILL.md body), triggers, metadata and contentHash. To change a custom skill, update it with this contentHash. To copy any skill, Bobsled or custom, to another provider, create it on that provider (through the MCP, with that provider's own Bobsled connection) with this skill's description, triggers and body, adapting anything specific to this provider such as table or data product names, and with copiedFrom set to this skill's copySource. The files in resourcePaths are not copied. A skill larger than one tool result, which only Dash can write, is too large to read through the MCP.
