List a source's tables

Lists the tables, views and materialized views of a data warehouse source (Snowflake, BigQuery or Databricks), ordered by their fully qualified name and paged with lastTableId. database, schema and name each narrow the list to one exact name, ignoring case. The list comes from Bobsled's catalog of the source, refreshed when the source connection is set up or tested and periodically after that, so a recently created table can be missing: read its columns to check it directly against the source.
